Minimum 10 week commitment.

  • Access to your own personal program through my dedicated training app. 4 weeks program plus 1 week deload. 

  • Each new program will be tailored to you and to target areas of opportunity in your training. This allows each program to become more and more personalised to your needs and goals.

  • This is the bare bones option - no feedback provided on videos but I will touch base with you to ensure you are on track.

  • Option to bundle PT sessions at Pony Club Gym (Preston) for discounted rate

Programming And Online Coaching
$30 - $45 per week

Minimum 10 week commitment. Price varies depending on how regularly you want feedback on your lifts.

  • Each new program will be tailored to you and to target areas of opportunity in your training. This allows each program to become more and more personalised to your needs and goals.

  • Feedback options

    • Once per training cycle ($30 per week)

    • Once per fortnight ($40 per week)

    • Once per week ($45 per week)

  • Record your lifts and upload them to the training app for review. This allows us to pin point areas for improvement and fine tune your movement. 

  • Option to bundle PT sessions at Pony Club Gym (Preston) for discounted rate
