1:1 Personal Training

A focused, one-hour personal training session at Pony Club Gym (Preston).

Whether you’re working on technique, building strength, preparing for competition, or just wanting structured training with real-time feedback - this session is tailored to you.

We work together on your goals, using a foundation of Squats, Bench and Deadlifts as building blocks. Starting with the fundamentals of the movements and then building weekly on your strength and skills.

  • 1 on 1 - $75 for 1 hour session

  • Pre pay for 5 sessions, 5% off 

  • Pre pay for 10 sessions, 10% off!
