A one-hour session to review your nutrition and build a clear plan moving forward.

We’ll talk through your goals, current habits, and performance needs. Depending on your comfort level, we can keep it conversational or include measurements such as weigh ins and skinfold testing.

You’ll leave with practical guidance, a personalised meal plan, and a clear direction for improving performance through nutrition.

Nearly a decade of competitive powerlifting, combined with an education in Sports Performance Nutrition and many years working as a professional chef give me a unique insight into the world of nutrition - this provides me with a thorough background not only in WHAT to eat but helping you with the HOW to as well!

AFTER THE FIRST CONSULT - what’s next?

Follow up consults (1 hour) - $80

  • Discussion of compliance, health markers, goals etc since last consult

  • Again, guided by client, measurements and comparison of results from last visit

  • Any new recipes sent to you to update your meal options!

Online Nutrition Coaching

Ranges from $30-$40 per week. Minimum 8 week commitment.
Available with or without kick-off consult. For best data and results, a kick-off consult is recommended before signing up for online coaching.

  • Fortnightly/weekly discussion and feedback on compliance, health markers and goals. 

    • Fortnightly feedback - $30 per week

    • Weekly feedback - $40 per week

  • Updates to meal plan as required based on feedback

  • Any new recipes sent to you to update your meal options
